What to Expect
Every fountain we build is custom fabricated and tailored to the client’s space. While every project is unique, most follow a similar process from the initial conversation through fabrication and final installation.
Our goal is to make the experience straightforward, collaborative, and enjoyable while delivering a water feature that fits your space perfectly.
Discovery and Concept
Every project begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your space, the style of water feature you’re interested in, and any size or installation considerations.
At this stage we may review reference photos, discuss dimensions, and talk through possible design approaches. Whether you already have a clear idea in mind or are still exploring options, this step helps us understand your vision and determine the best direction for your project.
Design and Engineering
Once the general concept is established, we refine the design details and confirm the specifications needed for fabrication.
This includes finalizing dimensions, materials, finishes, and water flow considerations. Because each fountain is built to order, we can make adjustments to ensure the design fits naturally within your space and complements the surrounding environment.
Fabrication
After the design is finalized, fabrication begins in our Tucson, Arizona metal shop. Each fountain is carefully constructed using durable materials and precise metalworking techniques.
During fabrication, attention is given to structural integrity, water flow, and finishing details to ensure the final piece is both visually striking and built to last.
Delivery and Installation
Once the fountain is complete, it is carefully packaged and shipped to its destination. Many of our fountains are delivered throughout the United States.
For larger pieces that cannot be shipped conventionally, we may personally deliver them. We also provide guidance to help ensure the installation process goes smoothly and that the fountain operates as intended.
